Sediba Nkwe Safaris
If you have always dreamed of hunting in Africa, but your budget got in the way, we have just the set-up for you. Whether bowhunting or gun hunting, Sediba Nkwe has it all. Located in the Northern Province of South Africa, this jewel borders the Limpopo River and Botswana, making for some wild, exciting hunting. Koeshall's World Hunting Adventures LLC is the sole agent for Sediba Nkwe Safaris, and handles all bookings for them. The camp is owned and operated by Andre "Vossie" Forster, who also operates two other camps in South Africa. Vossie is a wonderful host, and spares nothing to make his clients have "the trip of a lifetime". Vossie is assisted by Danie Krige, and Vossie's son Driesse and daughter Elizma. All are both archery and rifle hunters, so they know what it takes to set up a great camp. Kevin Koeshall, owner of Koeshall's World Hunting Adventures LLC, personally hunted with Sediba Nkwe Safaris twice in 2009, and had two wonderful hunts. Rest assured, they have met our stringent requirements, and are sure to meet yours.
The main camp at Sediba Nkwe is 3700 acres of Archery-Only hunting. Outside the archery-only area, we have over 5,000 acres of rifle hunting. Although limited in our size, rest assured the ground is not over-hunted. We will be limiting the amount of hunters per group and per year on this concession. We also have access to many other private concessions throughout the area, so we can accommodate all hunters. We also have a choice 1500 acres of the Limpopo River, which holds excellent bushbuck, kudu, waterbuck and more. This is pure wild Africa, and elephant, croc, hippo, lion, leopard, and more roam this area between Botswana and South Africa. A 300,000 acre non-hunting conservancy lies on the Botswana side, making for great hunting on our side.
Blinds
We currently have 13 permanent blinds, all over waterholes and salt blocks. All are pit-style, dug into the ground to give you a perfect broadside shot. Shots will be from 15-25 yards maximum. Expect to see 50-100 animals at the waterholes daily, sometimes more, depending on the season. We manage our blinds to keep human activity to a minimum, keeping the animals totally relaxed.
