KEVIN KOESHALL
Born and raised in Central Wisconsin, Kevin grew up hunting Midwestern whitetails and small game. Kevin started doing taxidermy as a hobby as a youth, and soon found friends and family demanding his work. A love of police work took him into that profession for 13 years, until and on-duty injury forced him into early retirement in 1995. Kevin had turned his hobby of taxidermy into a part-time job in the mid 1980's, so naturally he turned it into a full-time profession. The taxidermy business has grown dramatically, and Kevin now employs both his daughters, Kami and Kristin, as well as his wife Carla, and two other support personel. Annually they average completing approximately 130 North American gameheads, 100-150 African pieces, 40 turkeys, 30 small mammals, 50 birds, and 50 fish. With a large increase in African game, they are currently planning for a new facility and equipment, to allow the business to grow.
A do-it-yourself hunter, Kevin has always been skeptical of guided hunts, having been burned by several over the years. This has put the drive in Kevin to find top-quality hunts for his clients that he has personally tested and knows them to be reliable. This has become the motto for Koeshall's Wold Hunting Adventures LLC.
Kevin enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors.
